In 2007, InStep launched the Million Leaders Mandate training Costa Rica, one site with 12 pastors.  Six months later, this training site equipping 12 pastors exponentially grew into 12 training sites, equipping over 500 pastors/leaders.  Johnny Rocha is a native Costa Rican and one of the 500+ pastors being trained by InStep. In partnership with Instep, Johnny has taken over the 12 MLM training sites in Costa Rica. From this exposure, Johnny has been asked to train 25 Assembly of God leaders who will in turn train over 400 leaders. Together, Johnny and InStep are seeing lives being changed and healing taking place.
