Beyond 2020

Global conditions and geo-political challenges create new and growing opportunities for InStep. Our vision and strategic initiatives continue to focus on the effective and efficient essentials for being mission critical and less on outdated approaches and programs. As mission focused opportunities move online, we understand the significance of the essentials versus non-essentials for creative evangelism expressions and disciplined discipleship engagements.

By "Linking Resources That Matter" we will manage the next 18 months in six-month intervals through 2021 then resume a 18-36 month ministry plan toward 2025. This strategy and manage to approach will allow InStep to impact and influence the Kingdom of God by:

  • Supporting the Church through mission critical initiatives and strategies.
  • Strengthening Discipleship movements through virtual training and personal engagement.
  • Sharing the Gospel through solving community challenges with intentional relationships.
  • Exponentially Link Resources That Matter.
