  Regarded as one of the premier Children's Ministries in the world today, InStep partners with Child Evangelism Fellowship in distributing the Wonderbook for children, funding special CEF projects; and encouraging the development of Good News Clubs internationally.

  Partnering with EQUIP's strategy to train One Million Leaders (MLM) around the world, InStep is an approved partner. Greg is an EQUIP Associate Trainer, actively training leaders in Asia, Latin America, and China using Dr. John C. Maxwell's Biblical Servant Leadership curriculum.

In 2007, InStep launched the Million Leaders Mandate training in Costa Rica, starting with one site and 12 pastors. Six months later, this training site equipping 12 pastors exponentially grew into 12 training sites, equipping over 500 pastors/leaders. Johnny Rocha is a native Costa Rican and one of the 500+ pastors being trained by InStep. In partnership with InStep, Johnny has taken over the 12 MLM training sites in Costa Rica. From this exposure, Johnny has been asked to train 25 Assembly of God leaders who will in turn train over 400 leaders. Together, Johnny and InStep are seeing lives being changed and healing taking place.
